I measure so much stuff!
I am an avid baker, and, before I purchased this device, it was a real problem for me to follow recipes. Now, come on, everything is measured in tea spoons, table spoons and some mysterious cups. How can anyone measure anything in those inexact measures? I have six table spoons at home and they are all different sizes. One is the size of a ladle. Maybe it is a ladle. But then why would I have two ladles? Then it must be a table spoon! Well, you get the picture. We all have been in the same shoe.
I could not take my recipes failing anymore. My soufflés turned out deflated, pancakes - inflated. Basically, your worst nightmare. Then I discovered that 1 US teaspoon = 0.166666667 US fluid ounces. Enter Ultra-Flex QC5000! Now my measurements are exact and I am very happy. Also, as a bonus, after 3 weeks I love my new Ultra Flex body.
